Why is there a new platform?
We are continuously working to improve the visibility of your company, update our systems and processes for our customers. With the new MPM you will be able to create a digital profile of your company, review and access your information. Since the Media Package Maanger (MPM) is available 24 hours a day, you can update your information and make changes at your convenience. With the new preview function you can immediately check, after submitting your information, how it will be published. In addition, your updates will be displayed within minutes of being edited.
The MPM also offers you the possibility to improve your reach through different options of additional add ons. The aim is to increase your visibility towards the visitors of the event.
Where will my company's information be published?
The information you enter in the Media Package Manager (MPM) will be published in the Exhibitor search on the exhibition's website, in the App and in the Official Catalogue, depending on wich kind of media is available for that specific event.
When will my company's information be published in the exhibition media?
When you enter new data or update your information, these changes will be visible online after a few minutes, as long as the Exhibitor Search on the website has already been activated. The same applies to the Exhibitor Search in the App.
In general, the App and the Exhibitor Search are activated three weeks before the event, and will be available up to two months before the start of the next edition of the exhibition.
How many times can I change and update my information?
You can change and update your information at any time and as often as you wish.
However, if there is a Catalogue available, please take into account that changes made after the expiration date will not be included in it.

How can I log in to the Media Package Manager (MPM)?
As with all other applications of Messe Frankfurt Argentina you must use your Messe-Login to log in to your Media Package Manager (MPM).

I forgot my password for the login. How can I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, the login form offers you the option to send a new password for your Messe-Login.

Is it possible to authorize a colleague to edit the company profile in the Media Package Manager (MPM)?
In the Media Package Manager (MPM), you can authorize a colleague to edit your company profile for you.
When you log in to your Media Package Manager (MPM), under the "Administration" tab, you will find the "User Administration" sub-item. There you can enter the name and email address of the person you want to authorize. Please take into account that he or she will also be able to request additional add ons. Once you have entered the data, your colleague will receive the access information to the Media Package Manager (MPM) and log-in to the system.
Is there an overview of all my orders so far?
For each order you enter in the Media Package Manager (MPM), you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can also view your orders directly by going to "Orders" in the "Administration" menu.
Why are there additional add ons that I can only consult and cannot book immediately?
In "My Marketing" you can get a description of all the add ons we offer to optimize your company's profile. Some of these products are available in limited quantities, so you cannot book them immediately. However, you can send a request for these products in the Media Package Manager (MPM). We will check the availability of the product and contact you.
How can I pay in the Media Package Manager (MPM)?
For the additional add ons you requested in the Media Package Manager (MPM), you will receive an invoice that must be paid before the exhibition takes place.
Where can I find my customer number?
You can find your customer number under "Contract data" in the "Administration" menu.
When I update something, why isn't my information immediately visible online?
The information you enter in the Media Package Manager (MPM) will be published online in the Exhibitor Search on the exhibition website and on the App, as long as the trade media faire are available for the event.
Please note that additional add ons for your profile will only be seen online after you have completed the log out process.
Do I have to upload everything for future events?
After you have uploaded all the information for the first time, it will be available for future editions. You will be able to edit it, but it will not be necessary to enter all the data again. This way, you can start immediately and make changes and additions to your company profile.
