For the second consecutive day, Emitex, Simatex and Confemaq 2026 connected industry professionals with the latest trends in technology and machinery. Visitors took part in an environment specifically designed to see machinery in action, engage with suppliers, compare solutions, and gain valuable ideas and contacts for their businesses.
This business-driven and inspirational approach was also reflected in the Perspectives series, which on its second day featured applied experiences, entrepreneurial success stories, and tools related to management, brand development, and marketing. In the talk “Bullbenny: How to Turn Self-Management into a Cult Brand”, its creators Martín Otero and Francisco Gromada explained how an independent project managed to grow without losing its essence while shaping trends in urban fashion.
Another key topic was sustainable development, addressed in the session “Sustainability in Fashion: How to Bring It into Real Business Today”. In this talk, fashion retail strategy specialist Soledad Beltrán Neirot explained how to move from concept to practical implementation within the fashion business. It is worth noting that at Emitex, Simatex and Confemaq—as well as across all exhibitions within the international Texpertise network—sustainability initiatives are grouped under the concept of Econogy, a cross-industry program highlighting how essential sustainability is for business success today.
As part of the Perspectives program, the talk “What’s Working on Social Media Today (and How to Leverage It)” featured Aldana Abadi, Owner of Fandel Marketing, who explored growth opportunities offered by new digital channels for fashion brands. In addition, Agustina Scaglia, Creative Director at Guchi Scaglia Fashion Lab, and textile designer Vicky Froglia, partner and Head of Product at Hype Print-Lab, discussed how print design functions as a strategic and differentiating language in the panel “Print as a Differentiator: How to Develop and Produce It in Argentina.”
In parallel, the second day of the event saw the launch of the Exhibitors’ Conferences, a program designed to boost production, innovation, and industrial development. Within this framework, sessions included “New Opportunities for Designers: Industrial Knitting” by Florencia Tristán from Hilando; “Applying Technology to Improve Competitiveness” by representatives of Máquinas Para Coser Pablo; and “Smart Industry: The Revolution of Production in Argentina” led by Audaces Automação Industrial.
The third and final day of the event will take place on June 4, featuring a new schedule of conferences and activities. Those who have not yet attended can register at:
